What's new in ViCOS 0.2

- Massive changes in the system structure
Better project layout, new names, new components, (a lot of) more files.

- Issue #1: Components as Windows services
Both FailoverClusterController and HpcClusterController are now Windows Services.

- Issue #2: Admin Interface through a Server Manager Snap-in (very basic yet)
Allow a view about the failover infrastructure and how the virtual machines are distributed over the host nodes.

- Better installation process
Now the components are installed using .msi files

- Issue #8: Support for Linux HPC clusters (alpha)
We develop a version of the HpcController for Linux Clusters that use Torque Resource Manager and Maui Scheduler.
It is still in a unstable version, but works well to most common cases.
